What is natural disaster insurance?

Natural disaster insurance — the only insurance policy to cover land — is offered by the EQC (Earthquake Commission) and covers damage due to earthquakes, natural landslides, volcanic eruptions, hydrothermal activity, tsunamis, storms, floods, and fires.
